The built-in self-locking function guarantees that the machine remains stationary when throttle input is not applied, preventing unintended movement and enhancing safety during operation.
The worm gear reducer included in our design multiplies the already strong servo motor torque, providing immense output torque for climbing resistance. This feature is particularly useful in hilly areas, as it ensures that the mower maintains its position even during a power outage, thanks to the mechanical self-locking ability between the worm and gear.
Moreover, our intelligent servo controller plays a vital role in regulating motor speed and synchronizing the left and right tracks. This advanced system allows the mower to travel in a straight line with minimal adjustments from the operator, significantly reducing workload and minimizing risks associated with over-correction on steep slopes.
