Vigorun Tech’s innovative machine is powered by a robust V-type twin-cylinder gasoline engine. Specifically, our remote multitaskers feature the Loncin brand model LC2V80FD, delivering an impressive rated power of 18 kW at 3600 rpm. This powerhouse, with a displacement of 764cc, ensures strong performance during operation, making it suitable for various demanding tasks.
The engine incorporates a specialized clutch mechanism that engages only when it reaches a predetermined rotation speed. This design not only enhances the efficiency of the engine but also contributes to smoother operation, allowing users to maximize productivity without compromising safety.
In terms of climbing capabilities, our machine is designed with two 48V 1500W servo motors. This configuration provides exceptional strength and power, enabling the mower to tackle steep terrains with ease. The built-in self-locking function ensures the machine remains stationary unless both power and throttle are applied, significantly enhancing operational safety and preventing unintended movements.
Performance and Versatility
The high reduction ratio of the worm gear reducer amplifies the already formidable torque generated by the servo motors, ensuring remarkable output torque for climbing resistance. Additionally, in a power-off state, the friction between the worm and gear maintains mechanical self-locking, preventing any downhill sliding even when power is lost. This dual safety feature guarantees consistent performance on slopes, making it a reliable choice for challenging environments.
Our intelligent servo controller is another highlight of this cutting-edge machine. It precisely regulates the motor speed and synchronizes the left and right tracks, allowing the mower to travel in a straight line without requiring constant adjustments from the operator. This reduces the workload and minimizes risks associated with overcorrection, especially on steep inclines.
Designed for multi-functional use, the innovative MTSK1000 can be equipped with various interchangeable front attachments, such as a 1000mm-wide flail mower, hammer flail, forest mulcher, angle snow plow, or snow brush. This versatility makes it ideal for heavy-duty grass cutting, shrub and bush clearing, vegetation management, and snow removal, ensuring outstanding performance even in demanding conditions.
